  • Glorietta Refresh: The Renovation of the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati City

     


    Way back 2019, I became a part of the renovation of the Glorietta Activity Center located at Makati City as one of the field architects supervising the construction of the project. From the installation of the baffle ceilings, LED towers, glass elevators, relocation of escalators, and replacement of tiles.




    The concept of the renovation of the project, according to the designers was to transform the whole Glorietta Mall to be modern and industrial.

  • RANDOM IDEAS/CONCEPTS: Interior Spaces


    These are some concept ideas on my mind that I have made in the past six years:









  • ARBOR LANES: Mid-Rise Condominium Fit-Out Supervision


     In the year 2018, I had the chance to work at Ayala Land Premiere's Arbor Lanes - a medium rise condominium situated at ARCA South, Taguig City. It is consisting of three (3) towers connected by garden terraces and other shared amenities.

    "Cultivating affinities, Arbor Lanes embraces leisure settings bathed in life. With gardens, pools, and shared open spaces, gatherings and everyday pursuits are inspired by a natural energy." -Ayala Land Premiere

  • DARK: Redefining Coffee Experience

    This is a coffee shop integrated within the store premises of Onesimus. It is strategically planned for the customers of Onesimus to have a place or area to wait while their suits are being tailored.

    The interior of this coffee shop has created a perfect harmony with the interior of Onesimus. With its wood and brick combination, it created an ambiance that will make any customer to sit, relax and have their cup of coffee while waiting. Smart to move to increase the sales!





     

  • ONÉSIMUS: Store Planning and Design Experience



    Way back 2018, I had the chance to work at Onésimus Corporation as the Store Planning Assistant in their Engineering Department. I was assigned to prepare plans for store renovations, new store constructions, store repairs and even store demolitions.

    From the start of planning up to the final execution on-site, I've handled some stores all over Metro Manila and even outside the metro. It was a great experience working with different types of people, the subcontractors, suppliers and even the construction workers.

  • COMMERCIAL BUILDING


     A two-storey commercial building that I designed for my architectural design subject way back 2016 when I was in my fourth year in college. This commercial building was designed to cater eight (8) commercial spaces for the renters, an administration office, parking spaces and utility rooms.

  • DELOS REYES TOWNHOUSE RENOVATION


    A two-storey townhouse was asked to be renovated by its owner. It is located at Residencia Regina, Marilao Bulacan. From a gateless neighborhood, they wanted a home that is secured, safe and has a privacy away from their neighbors. They also wanted to maximize the space from the second floor by extending the floor slab creating another space for a room and a balcony.



    MASTER'S BEDROOM

    Creating a master's bedroom from the extended the slab, the owner asked it to be more cozy and warm looking because her old folks are going to be the users of the room. She wanted them to feel more relaxed, along with the view of the balcony.




    LOFT-TYPE BED

    Requested by the owner, she wanted her "personal" space to be maximized - a working area, a small entertainment area where she can relax, and of course, her bed.

    To maximize the use of spaces, we came up to the idea of  having a loft-type bed since the second floor of the house has a high ceiling. With this idea and design, she can have her mini-entertainment area and working area without compromising anything.



    KITCHEN

    Requested by the owner, they wanted the kitchen to be classy and neutral. They wanted to add a breakfast nook, and more room for the kitchen cabinets. The space was originally a laundry area, but they decided to remove it and extend the kitchen to create more room for other cooking activities and appliances.
